The Sovereign Constantinian Order of Cappadocia
The Sovereign Constantinian Order of Cappadocia, and as proclaimed "Principality of Cappadocia"
The Sovereign Constantinian Order of Cappadocia was created by the Roman Emperor Constantine I, to honor his most valiant warriors after winning the battle at Milvian Bridge in Rome on October 28, 312 A.D., and bestowed this Order with the Principality of Cappadocia, an annexed Roman Province near Constantinople. The Order lost its territory in 1453 A.D. when Constantinople fell and its members who survived, were disbursed over the western Roman empire and nations. The Principality of Cappadocia is a European Nation with a succession of rulers including the Romans, Knights, Dames, and Nobles of the Constantinian Order of Cappadocia and the Military Order of St. Charles, disbursed over 21 Grand Priories worldwide.
Excerpt of the Judgement of the International Civil Court, the permanent Organ of the European Court, Italy – November 23, 2012.
The Sovereign Constantinian Order of Cappadocia is legitimately a subject of International Law, independent, dynastic, religious, lay, military, knightly, and noble, in all ways identical to a foreign State and as such, with the capacity to be the holder of rights and obligations arising for the international legal ordinance, including the capacity to assert its rights by international claims and, in consequence, is due to legal treatment to which States have a right.”
